Construction continues in the dead of the Minnesota winter. Snowfall has been above average and temperatures have been a bit colder than usual with January averages in the low single digits during the day and below zero during the night making construction and concrete pouring problematic. Main house and garage trusses have been added and roof sheathing has been applied. The remaining roofing is awaiting pouring of the front entrance and back porch cement pads before the raised steel roof can be installed.
