“Every May since 1989, on Mothers Day weekend, our little school has put on what has become one of the biggest fundraising plant sales in the U.S.
This three-day sale, almost entirely run by volunteers, offers more than 2,000 plant varieties at affordable prices. And every purchase helps support a great cause — the Friends School of Minnesota.”
This sale is so big and well attended that they hand out wristbands and it maybe up to an hour before your group is allowed in.

“The sale is for Bare Root plants only. Please knock off the soil and leave it in the field for planting the next set of seedlings. Your plants will also weigh less and be easier to carry to your car. Bare root plants are $5 each.” See their Facebook page in June for more information.
